This class has definitely opened my eyes and mind to the world of technology.  I have been hesitant toward joining that world for sometime now, but this class is making me dive-in head first.  Through reading various articles regarding this topic, I am less weary of the open forum we know as "blogging."  I am less intimidated by this technology and am looking forward to learning more.  I also look forward to taking part in this widely used "soapbox" and am open-minded to what perceptions I might have once I get more involved and gain more experience with my own personal blogging.

Hi Jimmy,
I feel like many of us are in the same boat. Enjoyed your blog and that you are not afraid to state where you stand in the tech/social networking world. Just this week and half has been beneficial. Not sure about you but caught a little bit of the bug with the photo editing. Pretty cool stuff. Looking forward to gaining more and more practical information from this course.

Hi Jimmy,

I definitely can relate to being "hesitant". I never once wanted to sign-up for many of the things social networking sites that we are required to in this class. It kind of reminds me of when I was trying to learn to swim. My sister just through me in the water and said " there now swim"..lol. Well, maybe it didn't go exactly like that, but it feels that way.

Hi Jimmy,

I was in the same boat as you in regards to joining the technology world. I was not as much hesitant as I was simply not sure where to start or what the technology options could to for me professionally. Now, I find myself checking on my facebook webpage daily and adding more personalized details to my weebly account. But I'm still not a Twitter fan.
